Unless otherwise stated, Alaska Quick Help provides Ad-Hoc Support Services and perform services directed by the customer and by contracting Alaska Quick Help;
You (the customer) agree that:
You understand that our services are at your direction;
All services provided are the liability of the customer unless otherwise noted in the service order;
Equipment parts warranties are the liability of the parts or equipment supplier, or the customer.
Contracted equipment repair carries a 30 day limited warranty for labor.
Disclaimer:
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we exclude all representations, warranties, and conditions relating to our Support Services unless otherwise noted in the service order. Nothing in this disclaimer will:
Limit or exclude our or your liability for death or personal injury;
Limit or exclude our or your liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;
Limit any of our or your liabilities in any way that is not permitted under applicable law; or
Exclude any of our or your liabilities that may not be excluded under applicable law.

How do I request service?
You can request service using our web site, email, text or phone call. There is an minimum service charge of $40
Are replacement parts covered?
Yes, all replacement parts and equipment come with the suppliers warranty for new purchases. Customers can supply their own parts as well.
Is there a warranty on repairs?
All repair services are warranted for 30 days unless we agree otherwise.
Can I schedule regular maintenance?
Quick help services are ad-hoc and based on your specific requests.
